The time the little monster played Goldilocks

The little monster loves to take naps, and she naps everywhere and anywhere. She loves to nap in your lap, and she'll be an even happier girl if you pet her as she drifts away to doggie dreamland. A lack of a free lap will not phase her though, and she dozes off everywhere.

One evening as bedtime neared, I went to the living room to escort my companion to her little monster kennel. To my amusement, she had found a new bed: the "Holiday Decorations" box, with a blanket on top.

I smiled to myself and snapped a picture before I accidentally awoke the beast. Then, I imagined how the little monster decided to sleep there...

Ah, just right...zzzz.

Introduction

There is a little monster running around our home. Except right now she's not running. Right now the little monster is napping, and napping is one of the little monster's favorite things to do.

Our little monster weighs only 6 and a half pounds. She is a black and white furball of love and trouble. We found her through a dog rescue organization, and we consider ourselves very lucky that this tiny Shih Tzu mix became ours. Like many other little dogs, she has a big personality. However, she would never be carried around in a fancy purse or be caught wearing a teeny tiny sweater. Nope, this little Shih Tzu is not a little baby, this little Shih Tzu is a little monster.
